Ellansé

is a product from the family of biostimulants, i.e. substances stimulating the synthesis of our own collagen. It owes its properties to its composition, which consists of carboxymethylcellulose, which constitutes 70% of the preparation, and evenly suspended polycaprolactone molecules (30%). Carboxymethylcellulose is responsible for the effect of filling the tissues visible immediately after the procedure. Medical polymer - polycaprolactone, thanks to its perfectly smooth molecule of size > 20 µm, is encapsulated after administration to the skin. A framework is created for the mesh consisting of high-quality type I collagen, improving skin density. As a result of these processes, Ellanse is not only a filling treatment, but also a rejuvenating one, restoring skin density and firmness. Full integration of the preparation with the extracellular matrix makes it practically undetectable, which allows for a natural-looking effect of the treatment - both at rest and during facial expressions. Ellanse is safe and completely biodegradable, and no allergic reactions or granulomas are observed after its administration. Immediately after the preparation is administered with a needle or cannula, we obtain a filling effect. After about a month, a partial loss of the obtained volume is observed, which is caused by the degradation of the carboxymethylcellulose solution contained in the preparation. In the following months, collagen is gradually synthesized, which makes the face not only regain the lost volume, but also improves the quality of the skin.
